All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive a notification once your order has shipped.
Note: During peak periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Free shipping over 50 dollars. Delivery times vary by destination:

3. International Shipping

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their local government.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
5. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Pinktopia is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments once they have been transferred to the carrier. However, if your order is significantly delayed or arrives damaged, please reach out to us at pinktopia.official@gmail.com — we’ll do our best to help resolve the issue.
6. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct before submitting your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
